Returns & Exchanges

Effective Date: 23 March 2026

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Free exchanges within the UAE

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide; however, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

 الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات مرفقة.

لن يتم قبول أي منتج تظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف أو تعديل.

 الطلبات الدولية

نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم، ولكن تكاليف شحن الإرجاع الدولي يتحملها العميل.

رسوم الشحن الأصلية والضرائب والرسوم الجمركية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

 الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–10 أيام عمل.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

🔄 الاستبدال

يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المنتج.

في حال عدم توفر المنتج المطلوب، سيتم إصدار استرداد أو رصيد للمتجر.
